The City of Long Beach Planning/Zoning Commission meetings are held every second and fourth Thursday in each month. The meetings are held at City Hall, in the Meeting Room, located at 201 Jeff Davis Avenue at 6:00 p.m.

The City of Long Beach Planning Commission has forwarded the Comprehensive Plan, Smart Code Plan and Transect Map to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen recommending adoption.

 

You may view copies of the proposed plans & map below. Copies are available to view in the Building/Code Office, Monday thru Friday' 8:00a.m - 5:00 p.m.; 201 Jeff Davis Avenue. Refer to this site daily for scheduled work sessions, ward meetings and public hearings related to the adopting of the proposed Comprehensive Plan, SmartCode Plan & Transect Map.
