the City of Long Beach has changed the format for water bills. You will receive a self mailing envelope instead of a post card. Water bills can still be paid in person at City Hall or a pre-addressed envelope is enclosed for your convenience. Customers already set up for bank draft will receive a bill, however, this is for informational purposes only and no action will be required on your part.
